DIY base frame for freedom breeder rack

Has anyone made a base frame for the freedom breeder rack? Like the bottom part with casters? Thanks

I know a couple welders who have made these, or similar things. If you are wanting a single one built you can have it done but the cost will probably be close enough to just make buying a new one from FB the easier choice, to save the risk of the custom build being wrong somewhere.

Oh I was talking about like a wood frame lol. I don't have the full rack, but would love to make it move around easier. So I was thinking of building a frame with 2x3 or 3x3 and putting casters on it. Wanted to see if anyone else has done something like that. Don't need anything fancy looking just functional. I have no time to go to freedom breeder place to get one so think building one would be better and cost effective.

Oh, well that is a piece of cake. All of my enclosures are sitting on a basic cart with casters. Can make it as nice or as simple as you'd like.

i was looking into carts, but the carts are too small for freedom breeder racks. I need to know what the weight of the each individual rack is too since casters have a weight limit.

Just build your own cart/dolly/shelf to the footprint you need and attach some heavy duty casters to it.

When you go shopping for the casters you can find ones with the weight capacity requirements you want/need. The casters on my carts are rated like 100+ pounds each, which is quite a bit of overkill.
