Sal has two: a smaller rock looking one on the cool side and a larger wide ceramic one on the warm side. That helps with his humidity and if one happened to be soiled while I'm at work he still has a clean water source until I'm home. If the aesthetics bother you try getting a more natural one and position it in the middle or back of your viv so it isn't as visible. By the way DavidNDC that's a beautiful viv!
