1.0 Doberman Pinscher "Bulleit"; 1.0 Siamese Cat "Boudreaux"; 1.0 British Shorthair Cat "Oliver”

"Hazelnut" & "Huckleberry"

I'm not too knowledgeable with lizards but it looks like some sort of Agamid. Can you give us some idea of locality?

My bet is on a Changeable Lizard.
Agamidae. Calotes versicolor.
....in non breeding season.....males will have a drastic color change to red/black in breeding season. They have a WIDE variety of coloring as their name suggests.
I'm sure someone knows this species better than I in case I got it wrong but everything I'm seeing corresponds to what you posted.

I live in Indonesia, so that wipes out at least some species of lizards.
