    blood trails?

So has anyone seen blood trails after introducing breeding pairs? My ball pythons are currently on paper towels and Ive seen two sets of blood trails in two tanks, its two different females paired to the same male one week apart. So would this be the females doing it? UPon exam no injury noted and also no locks observed. Anyway whats your guys thoughts? Its not a lot of blood just two small lines dragged around the tank.
