    i have a collection of american coins. I have actual calibration weights though (the chef thing again) but thanks for the tip.

    bought a new scale. other one was 12 years old and was just completely inaccurate.
    updated weights.
    Clyde 722. Now on smalls
    Monty 496. still weanings almost ready for smalls.
    Bonnie 1580. still pounding mediums down.

    I remember when my scales decided to stop working once Wanda suddenly weighed about 100g less than she should of in one week, and I was panicking thinking she had a horrible parasite Turns out my scales were just miss-calibrated. Whoops! Glad you got the problem sorted out!
