0.1 ball python with strange food peculiarities

Hi. I need an advise. My female ball python is in a well dimensioned rack (36x18x16) with proper temps ( 90 degrees to 84 degrees. - heated by an heat panel) and humidity( 50 - 65). She has enough hides, repti chip and plastic flowers.
I got her in february with 160 gramm. She was born on October the 31th 2016. Now she has 810 gramm. In the beginning I fed her an adult mouse all 5 days, then a 50 gramm rat all 5 days, since a few months with 80 gramm rats all 7 days. She developed a strange feeding habit. After shedding she will eat 4 or 5 weeks( weekly feeding) in a row, then she poops after holding it quite a few weeks, then after the pooping she stops eating for about 4 weeks, then she starts shedding, where she also does not eat. After the shedding she again starts eating for about 4 or 5 weeks (80 gramm rat weekly) then she poops again and all will start again. is this just a strange habit or what will cause it??

She might be eating to much and trying to catch up by not eating? Sounds like you have the proper feeder though. Could just be her thing.

I stopped trying to figure out half the crap these guys do when ever they feel like it
