    Help pls lost snake

I was at my friends for the day and my sister went to hold my baby corn snake when I was gone and didn't put the lid on properly. Went home to handle him and he was gone. His cage is in my basement where there's holes and gaps between the floor and the wall so he could be anywhere. If anyone has any tips or tricks on how to find him it would be appreciated. I already set a rat by the nearest hole near his cage to lure him out.

That is a skinny little snake, he could fit almost anywhere! I don't have any tricks, I'd say it will take a miracle to find him now.

Well then a miracle just happened! Found him scaling the top of the wall almost into the ceiling. No idea how he got up there just glad I found him.

I would be teaching family and friends how to "properly" latch a tank lid.

I already had told her to leave it alone, now I'm getting a lock for it.
