How gets cold in the winter and around 75 in the summer so I need the RHP to help combat the cold. Definitely going to use styrofoam for the bottom but never even thought of the top.
My problem is related to having a stack, if you have a single enclosure you won't have a problem. What's happening with mine is where the radiant heat panel is in lower enclosures makes the enclosure above the hotspot and doesn't allow me to use the radiant heat panel in that top enclosure otherwise the hotspots would be to hot... Therefore reduces my cool side Ambient in above enclosures. (Thats confusing lol)

It could help stabilize your temps a bit more, and even make it to where you can keep your tstats set on the same temp for your hot spot without having to change it based on a minor swing in room temp. Just some food for thought.
Thats what ive been thinking, i mentioned in a reply above...I hate making any aditional holes but that may be the only answer.
