Ball Pythons can go a while without pooping, it's pretty normal but if you are feeding it to small foods then it will use all of the prey item to sustain itself and have nothing left over to poop out. How big is he and what are you feeding him now. Anything under a hopper is much to small anyways. Ball pythons right out of the egg ear hoppers and that's just for their first few meals

Hopefully this will help with feeding appropriately sized prey. BPs eat hoppers for their first 3-5 meals out of the egg and typically move up in prey size pretty quickly.

If a snake is being undered it will use almost 100% of the prey item for growth and strength, therefore leaving nothing left to poop.

They usually wait until you have just cleaned the tank, after a shed, or on your fave silk shirt when you are trying to take their picture.

One of those is from bitter experience.
