    Edit:

what makes u think that? BlueEL or BlackEL? i don't see anything patternwise that indicates BlueEL complex. could u post pix of the parents? we still don't have a good, clear pix of the eyes. i recall that the first pix u posted from yesterday (which is now down b/c photobucket sucks) it looked more blue/silver.

    anyway very interesting critter.

i want to say that the eyes are deep, dark ruby and i see hints of a red pupil. i might be reaching tho. i know Lavender eyes are different in some combo's. for example, in Lavender Albino Snow's, they are deeper, darker ruby in color (with a tint of silver) as opposed to the red-pink eyes of regular Snow's.

the het Lavender Albino parent has a nice blushed head but i really cant tell if there's anything special there. i hope some of our super experts will chime in and provide more insight for ya.

    Re: What do you think?

Today the offspring of the odd looking baby hatched from it's egg. Pairing was with his mom. Baby appears to have brighter orange. Two other babies are poking their heads out of the eggs. Therefore I think the baby is displaying two recessive traits, Lavender Albino and ?. Any thoughts?

I'm guessing that the baby on the right is expressing Dad's recessive gene and Lavender Albino. My fingers are crossed as to how he'll look as he ages.

Very cool! Honestly, though, I have no idea. If you had told me the babies' dad was a Candy/Toffee or similar . . . I'd believe you. Extremely curious to see how this shakes out.

The two photos of the dad you posted look like different snakes?

    Re: What do you think?

There are photos of Grand Dad and Dad. The babies starting at post # 14 are 2nd generation and their Dad is shown on post # 15. This thread began two years ago and I'm showing that the morph is now proven to be genetic.

    Re: What do you think?

Ohh sorry, I didn't catch that they were a generation apart.
