Ball python won't eat after shedding

Hi! My bp just finished shedding about 2 days ago. she got everything off and her colors are looking beautiful. I went to feed her today and she seemed scared of the rat? I feed frozen thaw and warm it up. She's usually an amazing eater and has never given me any problems. She strikes at her rat the moment she gets it into view but this time she just got scared and went into her hide as far as possible (pretty much squishing herself on the opposite side of the entrance) she has shed once with me before and didn't eat while in shed but ate perfectly fine after. I've also noticed she's a bit more active now that she's not in shed. Does anyone know why this could be? And why she isn't eating and scared of her food?
