    Re: Best Cleaner?

I throw most of my stuff on the dishwasher. Throw out beddng. I use a little dish soap and water for the tank itself. Then I rinse really well with water. I dry well with a towel and let air dry the stuff the towel didn't get. Booplesnoop gets lap time with the hubs or my son while cleaning.

    Best Cleaner?

I use chlorhexidine, 2 tablespoons per 1 gallon of water ratio. I'll scrub and spray down the tubs with that, let soak, and then rinse them off thoroughly before I replace substrate and whatnot. I'll do the same with hides and water dishes.

It's a safe to use disinfectant/antiseptic. Sterilizes and has a lot of uses. Kills all the bad things, doesn't harm your pets when used properly.

I use quat plus (I buy mine from Big Apple Herp). My vet uses the same (not from that company, but the same cleaner).

    Re: Best Cleaner?

I just wash the hides and water bowl in the sink with a little dawn. And when. I clean the tubs, I empty the bedding and pitch it. Then just spray down and wipe clean with about a 1/10 ratio of bleach water. Just make sure it's wiped dry and is dry before putting everything back in.

I use F10SC. I used to use Chlorhexadine but have switched. I personally like the smell of F10SC better lol.
