I know zip about BP genetics, but I've seen scales or spots that looked like that before & it was a localized & minor fungal infection on a few scales, treatable
with topical medicine. And "het for scaleless" isn't very common, so I think your odds aren't very good on it being that.

I highly doubt it. Just looks like some minor scale rub, discoloration or as mentioned, possible fungal spots.
Scaleless heads will usually have a small patch of scales missing over the 'bridge' of the nose or between the eyes. The bald patch also tends to have some microscales around the area as well.
The scales are all pretty much present and in the normal patterning.

Those look like missing scales/injury.

Re: Opinions
Only reason I asked, have 3 siblings, all kept in same conditions, that have this on their head, and nowhere else. Doesn't really matter either way, just out of my small collection of Balls, roughly 34 snakes, 3 have it. Thanks for your responses.

Re: Opinions
Hi,
No that is just where the very top layer of the new scales got lifted off/ stuck to the old skin while shedding. If you check after the next shed they should be gone ( or at least on different scales ).
Raising the humidity may help but it's a fairly common thing and no cause for concern. On the scaleless hets there is no scales whatever on the patch - just flat skin or what they call "micro-scales" I think - someone correct me if I am wrong about this as I have never managed to actually get my hands on one to be certain.
