    Backwater Reptiles

Anybody ever deal with them. I've seen several unboxing videos on YouTube of the animals showing up dead and the people having a hard time getting a refund or replacement. And the not honoring their live arrival guarantee. So I'm kinda deciding against them.

I would not touch one of their animal with a 10 feet pole based on their reviews.

    Backwater Reptiles

Don't even consider them. It would be one thing if they had one bad customer service review, but they carry a standing reputation for sick or dead animals. They don't deserve your money and more importantly, you shouldn't take that risk.

If Deb, IMHO a distinguished member of this forum and long time reptile owner/breeder, is willing to put that in writing I'd heed her words.

You should check out sellers on Fauna Classified. Their BOI (Board of Inquiry) is excellent.

    Read the whole thread:
    http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/foru...water+Reptiles

    Then decide...
I won't buy from them. They are NOT breeders.

I have no first hand experience with them, and based on reputation, I never will.

    Re: Backwater Reptiles

Second verse, same as the first - I considered an animal from Backwater once, until I read some BoI threads. Bullet dodged!
