IS a T8 too small for a woma?

I just ordered a t8 and now wonder if a female woma will be okay in that for life or will I need to go bigger down the road. She is youngster right now.
But I dont think she is overly active really. I know some people say they are active but I dont see her being anymore active then my boas.Unless she is a night owl and Im not seeing it.

All 3 of our womas are very active. I do not know what size a t8 is but from what I have read you want a cage at least 48" long x 12" tall x 20" deep. Those dimensions are good for an adult. I also recommend giving them some outside time, they seem to enjoy the stimulus.

She should be fine then because the T8 is 48 long by 24 deep and 12" high.

Thanks.I was in a hurry to get a cage before the weather gets cold so chose the quick ship T8 from AP rather then the T10 which takes 3 months to get.
Right now she is in a tub.I do let her out to roam about. Its always a risky business though.

You will love the AP cages - they are awesome. I have three of the T8's and love them.

Even the Quick Ship items take a few weeks to get but well worth it.

I was curious as to the proper size for an adult as well....with 12" height being a minimum, would you suggest a max height? I was thinking 48"x24"x15" but if I should go taller - I'll order that instead.

I dont have a Woma but I imagine the max height would be the max of your heating capability. I dont care what other people say, any snake will use height if given the chance. They say BPs are terrestrial, mine climbs on her shelf all the time. They say Dumerils are terrestrial, mines climbs on the shelf all the time. Just because a snake is labeled terrestrial doesnt mean they wouldnt enjoy something to climb

It's just like there is no such thing as too much room but there is such a thing as too little room

And honestly, I like my T8s and all but for anything other than a baby or juvenile anything, i would recommend at least 15" of height but 18" so far seems to be the sweet spot for me. Easy to stuff my head in there and reach into the back corners of the cage to clean and easy to drag out my bigger girls and Caesar.

The enclosures they are in will last them forever. I use rhp for heating and they will struggle much further than 12" up from the floor.
