    Could be het?

So, I bought a lovely little bp at a show two weeks ago, I didn't buy him from a breeder though, it was an educational table with someone whom decided they didn't like bp's that much after they bought two (They have a lot of colubrids)

So I bought one of the bp's and brought him home, but soon realized he most definetly wasn't a lesser clown as I was told he was. He's visibly just a lesser.

    I bought him for $100 he's 211 grams (and 1'11")

Would you say he could potentially be a lesser het clown?

The owner said she was selling him for the same price she paid 6 months ago, and said she was selling as what she was told he was by the breeder, I see a couple lesser het clowns on morph market priced around $100... do you think he might possibly be a het clown?

I thought I'd add that I'm not a breeder and not necessarily going to be breeding (though I am looking into the idea for 5+ years down the road when I have a setup to breed successfully) so in the end it's not a huge deal, nor do I mind if he was mispriced or anything, he's for now a wonderful pet (incredibly skittish though, poor kid lol) I'm simply asking because I'm curious, either way, he's absolutely gorgeous.

There is only 1 way to find out and it is to breed it. Price tag or what someone tells you means nothing when it comes to hets unless you buy a het directly from a REPUTABLE breeder.

Yeah there is no way to know for sure without breeding and even then it could take more than one clutch to prove out.
