Lol, yeah I've seen my babies do the up the side trick. First time i ever saw one hang though.

And nah, he wasnt avoiding the substrate as he sits on it too. I think it's just with the aspen, its not humid enough in there for him to get a good grip on the glass. With the fresh Reptichips, the humid spikes for a day so he had plenty of moisture on the glass to get a good seal lol.

Now Gina did avoid the Reptichips are first. She was scared of it and wouldnt get off my hand when i tried to put her back lol. I had to put her on top of her warm hide and let her investigate. Now she gives it the seal of approval by sitting half buried under it with just her little head poking out lol.

Lol nah, he actually opposite of her. She is completely laid back, never took a shot at me and was scared of the Reptichips at first lol.

Louie is very aware of his surroundings and has struck the air a couple times but i've only had him 5 days so i give him the benefit of the doubt. He does look at me when i look at him though haha. Kind of funny, when I'm holding him, he likes to stretch out on my arm but if i stare at him, he will turn his head and stare at me lol. I think he isnt sure of me yet and thinks i might eat him.

He has mellowed out though since the first day but like Rango, he is very aware and always turning his head to see whats going on.

Kind of weird too as he doesnt use hides at all except to sit on top of. During the day, he just curls up in the back of the cage under the shelf and sleeps. Then at night, he comes out and plays spider snake all night long haha.

Sauzo, if he likes that corner maybe you can turn it into a hide somehow.

We'll see. I probably am going to order him the large Reptile Basic hides as it seems the crew loves those.
