    What does her morph mean?

Pastel is a co-dominant morph. Co-dom morphs are kind of like enhancements to other genes; they're visual and can make some really cool stuff when combined with dominant and other co-dom genes, but are somewhat subtle on their own.

Het means heterozygous, which is like a hidden gene. It will only be visual if bred to an animal heterozygous for the same thing, or a snake that is already a visual of that gene.

That's an incredibly simplified answer, lol. It can get way more convoluted when you really dive into what gene goes with what, and what genes make supers, etc.

If you want to have fun with possible breeding outcomes and whatnot, there are some morph calculators out there that give you percentages of outcome.

Re: What does her morph mean?

Pastel is a co dom gene, chocolate is another co dom gene and red day has me stumped never heard of that one. I have heard of red gene and I'm pretty sure that's a dominant gene.

Yes, pastel is her co-dom. Chocolate is also another co-dom gene, and idk what red day is. The only thing I can think of is maybe red axanthic?

Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.

Weird. The breeder specifically said verbatim what is in my signature line. I have the sire and dame info too. I just don't understand any of it lol.

anyway it looks like u have a nice and cute 3 gene BP: Pastel, Het Red Axanthic and Day Chocolate. you should make a proper thread introducing her and post lotsa pix.

and yes, it's hard not to fall in love with a BP in person. if i had held one of Doug's VPI Snow's, i'm sure it would have went home with me.
