    Ball Python beginner

I'm getting my first ball python within a few months. I've never had a snake before and everything I read online tells me different things. I'm not exactly sure what I need for my BP because everyone is telling me something different. I just need some general help. Thank you!

You can start by following the caresheet and various setup guides on this forum, and you won't go wrong! Then after owning about your snake for awhile and getting the gist of their needs, you can take into account (or ignore) other setup styles and stuff you see online.

    Welcome!

My advice is to study the basic husbandry stickies on this forum. Keep it simple and follow the setup guidelines you read on the stickies.

Once you're experienced and your snake is ready for a "forever" enclosure you will be able to decide what works best for you and your animal.
