Shipping advice!

Hey guys
i need an advice about shipping a pair of babies
I need to ship them from Dallas TX to Baltimore MD
The temps in dallas are highest 100f and the lower 81f and in Baltimore the highet would be
88f high and 71f low
Do i need to use a cold pack?
Also the person receiving the package wants me to ship them to his workplace.
is that possible?
she works in a auto dealership

What you need is to know the temps in 3 locations at 3 different times to give you an idea on whether you should ship or not and what to use.

Origin which should be around 6.00 pm 6.30 pm when the animal is drop off (the later the animal is dropped off the less time is spent in the box)

Main hub where your animal will usually be between 10 pm to around 5 AM

Destination 6 to 7 am if it is a hub, 10.30 or more if it is home delivery.

So if the temperature exceed the optimal shipping temps in any of those 3 zones at the time they are schedule to be there, common sense would be not to ship.

Can you ship at an work location? Yes but I would advise to get a signature in that case and explain to the customer that he should make sure with his employer that it is ok to do so given the nature of the package.
