Breeding/Aggression Questions

So, I'm not really sure what category this fits in. Bare with me.

Today my girlfriend moved in with me for school. I have two bp's (a male & female) and she has a male of her own. We both had our males out earlier, but not necessarily near one another. They are both only 2-3 months old, as well as the female. When we had them out, they both seemed to get very agitated. Is it normal for this to happen since they weren't raised together? Is it possible that they're trying to claim stake at the female this early? How old are they before they become interested in trying to procreate? Any answers would be appreciated. I'm just trying to figure this out as quick and efficiently as possible.

Those snakes need to be quarantined as far away from each other as possible for several months. Stop taking them out at the same time.

Males mature around 9 months though some have been bred younger than that - and some never do figure it out.

Mature males do battle/display for dominance but usually you don't see that behavior unless you screw up and stick two of them into an enclosure thinking that one is a female.
