    Pollux

Probs just gonna be posting random progression pics. He's not anything too exciting, but still my boy.

This one was taken by the breeder, Junior Rohl of A&R Exotics. Not sure what age he was here, since I bought him as an established two year old and I assume the breeder held him that long since Pollux had a habit of skipping feeding weeks with Mr. Rohl.

Picture taken by me a few days ago, of his progress since the end of May. Stockier, a bit longer, and darker post shed. No longer skipping feeding weeks. He's still a bit hesitant to strike his prey and usually won't until I tap it on his nose. Then it's free game. So that may have been the issue, he's a bit of a "weak" feeder in that respect.

Timid only with his food and fast, unexpected movements.

Pollux's favorite activity, and the position I most often find him in.

Thanks! Took him outside today since the temps were good. He was very eager to slither about, sadly no periscopin' though.

He loves this style of hide. I made them out of chinese takeout containers since I couldn't find anything else that fit him snugly at the time and now he favors them above anything else I put in his enclosure. Probably because he sits there all night with his chin up on the edge, watching.

It's a nightly activity for him. Fed him tonight and he went right back to it after slamming down his rat.

One month later and he's blue again. Expected this though, given he spent two years in a breeder's care not being used for any breeding projects. Plus he's slamming down food weekly now.

Honestly considering how quick he went blue, I'm surprised he took his food last weekend. First shed he had with me, he didn't want it. This time he took it quick (least for him). Guess we'll see come next weekend.

Casa del Pollibolli has gotten some updates. Bigger digs will be coming next year.

Guess he likes the enclosure changes or was VORACIOUS after his shed because all bets were off once I dangled the feeder in there just now. Surprising, given how slow he generally is about getting to the striking bit.
