Lost 100g in one week?!
It's one thing after another...
Last week just before her meal Wanda was about 315g empty. She had two rat pups totaling 28g (a bit of a small meal) on Sunday, and I've just weighed her now and she's 210g! I'm extremely confused and worried, temps are now fine in the tank, it has been hot here in the UK the past few days but I've had a fan on in the room to keep the ambient temp down. I've got a weaner rat on to defrost for her now, but what could be the reason she's dropped 100g in a week?? Could it be an illness?

Did she poop? And is your scale always accurate?

She hasn't pooped, no, which is why I'm worried because the 315g is empty and 210g is full... The scale should be accurate, I'll put a weight on it now to test.

LOL I feel like such an idiot... Just turned on the scales with the bowl in and actually checked the scale before putting wanda in and it was set to -100g  So yes once I resset the scale it's working fine and now she's weighing 340g Gosh I feel like such an idiot and a worry-wart

I was fretting for days about my bp and her weight being way too low... mine was also user error with my scale lol. Been there
