It looks fine but without being there and hearing it I have no clue. Keep a close watch and see if you can figure it out.

Re: Strange sound.
I had him out today to look after him. Still no drooling or mucus. Free nostrils but when I took him out and he was still stiff I heared this plopping sound again and also could feel it like a pulse in my hand where he was......

I snake can develop a pop when it is coming up for a shed. My Bloods seem to do this often.

My tegu did too one time and I was really concerned about it until I saw old skin in his nostrils building a ball and defeats afterwards. This made a popping sound. Ares is so small. His breeder told me he had his shedding 2 weeks ago and probably will shed again in 2 to 3 weeks. I don't know if that could mean old skin in his nostrils. What concerned me is the feeling I had in my hand when I held his first quarter . I could feel the popping sound .

I have been at the vet. She said. Mouth is nice low pink. Airpipe is nice and free. Nostrils are free. No slime, just the normal amount of little saliva. She said maybe , if either, she had her immun system down a little bit and a minimal RI was the result because of the transport stress but it would be so little that we don't need any medication. Should be ok when he has settled in in a few days.
