The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

They eat the whole snake, so it's honestly not wasted. I just wish they killed it humanely. :\

Think about that cow and pig next time you are eating a bacon cheese burger................
As long as it is killed for food I see no problem with it.
When its killed and thrown away ,now we have a problem.

In this case, it's not that they're eating them for survival. It's more so that they are eating them as a novelty (at exorbitant prices, i'm sure) and not keeping or killing them in a humane manner. And, yes, the same is true with cows, chickens and pigs over here. I do love me some cow, though! lol

Honestly, I could have done without seeing it dying and bleeding out, but they ate it all, so not a waste in my opinion.

As a chef, I am a big fan of Gordon Ramsay, he's a culinary legend. He's also very humane and compassionate towards animals. You could tell he was a bit out of his comfort zone there, but hey, he ate it and it didn't die for nothing.

As for the humane keeping of the animals in there, Vietnam is a very different place than here in the States. You'd be surprised to see how a lot of the animals we eat every day are kept here in the States though. It's horrible.

I am very much a carnivore, and will eat just about anything. Just, please, kill it before I see it and make sure it's killed humanely.

yep, no waste. 7 diff. dishes for 7 diff parts of the snake. i think they killed it the way they did to drain the blood and bile.

i love Gordon Ramsay! the passion of a high level chef is unmatched. i've always watched his US shows but was blown away by the original UK version of The F Word.
