Worrying Red Spots
Sorry can't make anything out on my mobile ... maybe they've always been there and you've just noticed them ...
Maybe it's a normal thing for them ?
Like when they more or less change colour and get more white in the evenings

It is hard to tell from the pics. They are dark and some better ones would help.
What I can see makes me think the snake is rubbing it's jaw on something in the cage. Pay attention to what that could be in the cage or what repetitive action the snake may be doing to cause it.

Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.

Re: Worrying Red Spots
Thank you dear,
Really thank you for your attention ;
I'll try to post some new pictures, but today i saw that those spots gets worse.. Darker red.. Like some scars.. I'll sent you the picture of his trarium, but it's only cardboard on the ground one water bowl and one wooden hide, i'll send you the pictures.
How can i know is it skin disease or some infection or not..?
It's my first snake..

BRBs are more delicate than beginner snakes like corns and even BP. I would never recommend one as a first snake. You need to make sure you read everything you can about them.
As for the spots. I don't know. Without seeing them anything I say is a guess.
With your description of the cage it sounds like you have a half log for a hide. Those are not very good for snakes as they are open on both ends and do not offer the secure feeling your snake wants.
If it is not feeling secure in it your snake may be constantly on the move searching for a better hiding spot. This action could be causing him to continue running his chin on things and making the area worse.
You need to get this addressed quick before it turns into an open wound needing a vet.
