how to react when a rattlesnake crosses your path

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qcEikk6YK1Y

i thought this was a great video! he shows complete respect and handles the situation as best he could, and most importantly neither animal got hurt! i felt this was nice to see after that guy got bit trying to kiss a rattlesnake not too long ago...

of course there's speculation it's all staged, what do you guys think? i've never heard of this guy before. regardless i thought it was a great way to demonstrate that we need to respect these animals and leave them alone; they don't want to hurt us.

Re: how to react when a rattlesnake crosses your path

I'm glad this video demonstrates snakes are not inherently evil and we should not wantonly kill them.

I don't know what to think about how he ended up there with a camera person watching but not helping. Either way, glad he was able to move quickly because a bite in the back seemed likely.

This video is way more intense than I thought it would be. That guy has nerves of steel rivaling Steve Irwin.
