    Could there be some other genes at work here

    I got this guy as part of a package, advertised as normal 66% POS het Lav

    When I saw him in person the blacks seemed to be more rich than normal's I've had in the past as well a more reduced pattern. With lav being recessive I know this is not due to "het markers" (I am not convinced they are real) but to me he looks like something else is going on with the genes.

    Maybe just wishful thinking, let me know what you think.

    Definitely could be but must be called normal until proven differently tho in my own opinion he is a very nice normal or het whichever he proves to be
    Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.

    When I first saw him I thought black pastel, something I never worked with before.

    After doing some research the pattern just doesn't match up.

    Nothing at play just a normal looking animal possible het for lavendar.

    No black pastel on this animal.
