Thanks Zina! He is definitely thin, though. The photos don't show it very well, but his spine is sticking up quite a bit. I think he's going to be fine, though...

He will be. He will not starve to death in a couple of month...recurrent regurgitation would be far more dangerous..
If he holds down those small meals, just follow the plan you made for yourself, and in a couple of month he can start to gain weight again safely. In a few month, all this will be nothing but a bad memory
