LOL! No, he doesn't glow, but i'm surprised someone hasn't created a glowing Frankenstein gene yet! lol Dexter's colors are a lot brighter than his girlfriend - Sophie...

He doesn't look bad or skinny at all, its better you take it slow with him. When he is back to 100%, he will catch up in no time
