The only way to know for sure is see if you can carefully scrape it off. I have had light snakes that had bad sheds when I first got them and it looked pretty much like that. The first time I freaked and thought it was some kind of disease, but it came off easily with a pair of tweezers.

Ohoh scary.... Maybe i should wait for her to shed? Will it hurt her to leave it?

Do you feed live?
How was the last shed? Nice and complete or in pieces?

Could be some shed residue sometime they shed but little pieces stay stuck and turn darker and obviously on the light snake anything shows.
If that is what it is or even a scratch one shed and it should go away.
