My Snake is bleeding. Should I be concerned?

My baby corn, Iris, has had some trouble shedding lately and Ive been soaking her in warm water lately. This morning I found she had shed and part of her tail has fallen off with the shed, and she's bleeding from her tail. Its not a heavy flow but theres a drop of blood once and awhile, and I'm starting to get worried, I don't know if I should take her to the vet. If someone could help that would be great.
