Does a full spectrum cover the UVB range?

My son got a beardy over the weekend, and I can't remember if the full spectrum bulbs cover the required UVB range. Being full spectrum, logic tells me yes. Correct?

Acquire the correct type of bulbs, UVB bulbs (the stupid compact florescent ones for now), upgrade to something that's better later (the higher end types of lights need less replacing and cost less because of it)

Full spectrum bulbs can have IR and UV light, but many won't. You're looking for the kind that offer UVB lighting and for that you're looking for reptile bulbs.
