does anyone have the feeding chart/ rat sizing for a burmese python?
so i could know when to size up my burm?

None that I know of but I generally feed mine food that is just slightly bigger than the thickness part of their body. If the food item doesn't leave a bulge then you could try the next size up next feeding day.

Nothing wrong with using whole-prey fowl such as young chickens or quail as a feeder, except for the really nasty poops your snake will take afterward.

Age doesn't mean as much as actual size so I'd go by a rat slightly thicker than its body. Probably small-med depending. I've never fed poultry to mine after seeing the pumpkin gut looking mess my friends snakes left after eating a few chickens.

so using its girth is enough i suppose? yeah i agree with the chicken part
but sometimes the rat tends to go smaller when my burmese swallowed it so is there an exact measurement how?

A little bit of a size difference isn't going to matter at all. I suggest not over feeding either, that burm will grow fast enough thats for sure... Ive even slowed feeding down a bit without ever having a problem. Go by the thickest part and get a rat around the same size... Once the rats aren't big enough you will be able to go to smaller rabbits.... As mine got older it also ate less with feeding larger prey..you can feed the Rats to a burm for years though bro.. I didn't change over till after 3-4 years if I remember correctly.
