Hi guys, I'm thinking of building a snake wall - so I'd have two 4 foot vivs, and five 2 foot vivs, my reason being my two larger snakes for breeding can have the big vivs and any offspring can live in the smaller vivs.

Now I want it to be future proof, so all the same/stackable sort of thing? I'd like it to be stylish so like this https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...aec4c62cec.jpg

I've found a viv for £75 and its a 4 footer, but it comes with nothing. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Vivarium-48...+foot+vivarium

OR THIS ONE : http://www.reptilecentre.com/vivexot...m#.WQMIWNryuUk

My thoughts are surely I can buy the materials myself and make it? Wood isn't that expensive if I buy it in bulk from Homebase or B&Q and it's all the same cheap chip board veneered crap - I bought a 2000mm x 600mm x 15mm plank for £8 I believe it was... so using that maths I can make a box (granted without glass at the moment ) For approx £30 ? now I don't know how much the glass will be, or the rails for the glass but yeah.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good set up? I was thinking of making this box over time, purely because Nox is only about 55-60 cm long and 180 grams, so he's way too small for a 4 foot/1M wide tank.

I know it's stupid to want to save only like £30 or £40 , but over 7 tanks thats over £200! Also I get to make them as big as I want, and I can put the vents etc where I want.

What do you guys think?

As always, I've rambled. Sorry!
