It's A/C, it shouldn't matter for something as simple as a RHP. But regardless, here are directions and a pic of mine. One of the prongs is a larger blade, and the ribbed wire goes to it. So if you were looking at it with the large blade facing you (as in pic), the ribbed wire would be on top. Even if I'm wrong, both my RHPs work fine.
