Maybe they mean a het? Not a visual morph, in any case.

Anything to drive up the cost of an animal. Shame - Shame.

What's you're setup like? I'm only seeing one hide, the log one, unless you've got two of those, I wouldn't recommend open ended hides btw. They don't provide quite as much security as a hide box or cave type hide. He's gorgeous btw. I have a normal tooo.... somewhere around my house. She's been missing since Saturday QnQ

If that's the case, I'd request paperwork, especially since you paid more.

This. I'd be pretty adamant about seeing the parents/paperwork of the parents and just what possible het my snake could be if I paid more. If they can't provide that I'd be getting a refund lol.

I'd get a refund if I were you, anyone who pulls sort of stuff is not worth buying from.

Take it back. It is dehydrated and misrepresentation of an animal is fraud. The seller is a scumbag as far as I am concerned. Taking advantage of people who do not know any better is not good.

Redsheperd - I really don't know enough about ball python genetics to say. Even if they are completely lying and he was just way overpriced, I'm kind of over worrying about it

Oneeyedfox - I actually had to move him back to a smaller 30 gallon tank, at least for the time being. I'll add a picture of the setup.

Jodanornodan - right? I'm only hesitant to return him because I don't want the poor guy to go back to sub-par care. I've given him two baths and am checking the humidity regularly to make sure he's well hydrated. Do you guys think it's worth taking him back?

I'll include a picture of his head now - I'm not experienced enough to tell if his eyes look better. If someone could help me out, that would be great.

    Here's his setup:

The half-log hide is against the back wall, so it's only accessible from the front. He seems to like the driftwood better though anyways.
