Well if they are like me, they get involved because of all the colors and patterns of morphs. Then after a few years, they move into the locality stuff. That's pretty much how i went lol.
Nothing wrong with that.
I started with locality stuff, still love it, but one "electric" morph would be OK by me!

Oh i know. I was saying that's how i started. I was enthralled by all the pretty colors lol. Then the more i looked at other boas, the more i started liking them. Thats why i went with a BCL. I love how they go through a dramatic color change throughout life. Kind of like GTPs but not nearly as finicky lol.

Thanks and yeah, your BNS buddy. Saw some of his pics. Nice looking boas. Gina is finally getting some pink to her sides. The cheap point and click camera doesn't really capture it well plus I'm a pretty sad photographer haha.
And maybe in about 5-6 months, you might be able to live vicariously though both Gina and her boyfriend if everything goes well with Chris' Oct litter of Rentfro Pokis.

Random pic of Gina. I was making the rounds checking on everyone and caught Gina hanging out in the front of the cage. I have recently switched all the babies over to small adult mice every 2 weeks and I think Gina isn't very happy with that idea as she was getting a hopper mouse every 10 days. And for those that notice, yes I switched everyone back to aspen. The babies seem to love the stuff and spend the night burrowing around and playing where as on the RpetiChips, they just kind of sat there.

Thanks. Haha, yeah she gave up finally and went back in her cool hide and is hanging out with just her head out sulking.
She is growling nicely. She is getting all that pink coming in on her sides now.
And yeah i converted all of the babies over to adult mice every 14 days now. Gina, Luna, Rango and Louie. None of them are pleased haha. They are so used to 10 days that by day 12, they are all out and looking around. It's going to be awhile before anyone goes to small rats. I'm guessing 6 months at the earliest if they are lucky, most likely middle of next summer or so. Heck, Vicky is still on medium rats and she's closing in on 6' and almost 4 years old.
