    That is a very serious foul. Lab animals are not undergoing experiments to make them healthy and nutritious, they are usually being treated with something harmful to gauge the effects, which could easily be passed on to an animal who then consumes the rats. Dr Fredric L Frye documented a case wherein a boa was fed a diet of obese lab rats that had been on an experimental diet of sunflower seeds (high fat, no vitamin E) and died of steatitis caused by vitamin E deficiency. And those were lab rats that were just on a poor diet, imagine the other things that they could be passing on to your snake.

    I like Big Cheese. They do tend to run out of medium rats quickly. So I buy extra.

    ive used layne labs a few times.. I like how they come packaged but have come across some bloody ones and missing parts... trying big cheese now
