    Mixing Repti-Sand with Bioactive Substrate?

I just mixed Zoo Med's Repti-Sand with a dirt substrate for a bioactive setup, would my snake be alright?

I'm building a semi-arid desert setup for my Western Hoggie and I was instructed by multiple sources to mix sand and dirt, etc.

I used 24 qts of dirt soil and one small bag of Repti-Sand.

    Thanks!

should be find, generally the thought is to use play sand because it is screened. I assume Repti-Sand is screened as well so it should be fine.

Should be fine. I use play sand as it's cheaper and it's screened. I just do a mixture to where I like it, sand helps hold moisture as well as holds burrows and what not.
