Thanks dude! Had a pretty nice day of packing up artwork to send to some shows and new collectors, started a new drawing for a new engraving that I'm planning, played with all the snakes, and then ate way too much pizza and beer. All in all, I'd say it was a good day.

    My head is spinning LOL!
Gerald, Gene the names are similar but they are not the same snake. I haven't checked in here for a bit and I sort of forgot about Gerald. Apologies !!!

I mixed some of these threads up and am disappointed I have not commented more here.

Gerald looks fantastic along with your girl who never takes a bad picture.

    I'll get there.

I'm waiting for a REAL spring here in Minneapolis.

I will take some "family" photos out in the true sunlight.

Wallace, I presume will go into shed within a week or so. I just fed him two small rats tonight after 12 days of nothing.

I'm hoping he sizes up a bit coming into his first year.

Once he hits the large rat mark, he will be offered 1 large rat every 10-14 days, or the quail/rabbit equivalent. That should be his adult meal size and interval.

I think he's stunning and maintain that the Tiger Retic pattern is my personal favorite color and pattern of any snake. Although rhino vipers are right up there along with the Suriname boas like Sauzo and a very few others have here.

The right Bredli carpet as well, but Wallace just has a certain mojo LOL!

Gerald is getting more and more curious and explorative each time I work with him. Definitely starting to get a bit more comfortable and confident about handling, doesn't just clench to my wrist like he's going to fall to his death quite like he did at first haha. So tiny for being a year old already

Gene was that way when I got him. As soon as he was out of his enclosure, he would just hang on for dear life. Now when I get him out he will literally just chill for like 10 minutes before slowly wondering around.

Wish it was warm and sunny up here lol. Tomorrow the Plant IT stuff should arrive so it will be cage cleaning day for Caesar, Rosey and Vicky.

And on a side note, ordered my last T8 today for Luna. So now just need to focus on 3 T25s for now and then another one later for Gina when she gets big.

Let me know how the Plant !t coco chips compare to reptichip. I need to order a new batch of substrate soon and have my eyes set on Plant !t at the moment.
I need to call AP again tomorrow to get my order confirmed and in the works. Called to place it two weeks ago and Ali said she would call early last week to let me know what better ideas they had to raise the bottom door track then eliminate the gap by the right door. Never called so I called last Thursday and she said she'd get back to me the next day... nothing. Getting kind of annoying, considering I'm trying to give them a hefty chunk of $. I get it, I'm asking to have a non customary modification made to a cage, but it's a real simple fix. Just want to know the dang thing is in the work orders and confirmed.

Meh, I would personally just have it made normal. I mean with Caesar, when he pushes, its not just the bottom. He will push on the sides of the door and the top of the door lol. But he is getting better at not pushing. Seemed mostly when he was a baby and growing. Now he seems to kind of stabilized so he mostly just sits on top of his hides and looks out the front of the cage lol.

AP are probably pretty busy. I talked to Ali awhile today when placing my order and she said they fell way behind because they had an issue with the black door tracks not coming in. I told her no rush on the cage as I didn't pay it off or put anything down. I told her to just put me in line for one and call me when its done and I'll pay her.

And I'll for sure let you know how the Plant It stuff works. Scheduled to be here tomorrow. Also need to let Ali know how the Herpstats work as sunrise/sunset light timers as she hasn't had a customer use them for it yet so she is curious so she can let customers know if others ask. I only set up the sunrise and sunsets to be 1 hour long so we'll see how it works.

Oh and you going for the big enchilada on the T25? Lights, shelf, flexwatt, lock?
