Lightbulb Ball python winter fasting vs. keeping SURVEY!

So someone had an idea to make this winter fasting shenanigan into a survey, and I'm very curious too. So I made it.

Please only take the survey if you have between 5~20 ball pythons. (Not to keep bigger breeders or keepers with fewer bp's out, just wanted to get more closely comparable results, so I picked a range!)

    https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VP8XK9S

I know incorrect temps/husbandry would affect if a bp "fasts" or not. So I'm hoping that only people with the stated temperature ranges and places to hide for the BP are taking the survey. But it's a survey, so who knows. LOL

Results don't show at the end for anyone but me, so I'll post the results in a few days, for anyone interested.

    Thanks!

aw poops! Maybe I should edit it. Is it fewer than 20 bp's or more?

eta: Changed it to 5~30 ball pythons

Looks like a good survey but you may be leaving a few of us out that actually have the data you are looking for (I am out, too many animals). I am actually interested in the results as well. If question #1 becomes how many do you have your numbers will work. I am also thinking there is a possibility that light cycles may have an impact on this, but I am not sure. If people are night dropping temps or not might also be a factor. Age of the animal is going to come in to play. I would leave out males less than a year, and females less than two.

Darn, I have to change the number then! Maybe up to 50 then, and I'll make the minimum more than 5.
Yeah, I'm assuming that anyone with many bp's who does winter fasts is older than a year. But then again, maybe not.

eta: there we go, up to 50 ball pythons now LOL
