    Rango

Figure I'd start a thread on little Rango. He's a male salmon DH snowglow and he's almost 11 months old now. He took a HUGE poop tonight to show his approval of Eco Earth and started cruising around looking for food I'm assuming lol. Hopefully his and Dottie's T8s ship out next week.

Thanks. I'm rather surprised as he's not shy and likes to investigate stuff going on. He isn't used to being handled it seems though as when I pick him up, he kind of flails a little like he's scared he's going to be dropped lol. Once he's settled on me though, he calms down. In his quarantine cage, he comes right up to the front to see whats going on at night when i'm looking at him.

    I think I missed this.

So, you snuck in another one LOL!

    I'm waiting for your BCC.

Have you looked into the Iquitos locale?

Its my personal favorite of the Peruvian BCC, but I know you like the Pucallpa.

I'm wondering if there is a big difference in price between the two.

    Check out Ed's Pucallpa.

I've looked at Iquitos and you know if I found one that caught my fancy, I'd probably get it. I mean honestly when I look at the two together, I personally don't really see a huge difference in them. I mean the differences I notice are just from animal to animal and not an overall species to species. I mean I might be blind.

As for price, I have no idea as I haven't looked around for an Iquitos.

And dang, looking at Ed's Pucallpa makes me want one more. I got such a long time to wait.....

Heck while I want a Pucallpa, you know to tell you the truth, if I ran across a really bright and clean Suriname or Guyana, I might bite on that. But would have to be really bright and clean. That's what I want in my Peruvian too, clean clean clean golden brown top

And yeah, I picked Rango up a few weeks ago. He's from Tony Hawkins at 2nd Alarm Reptiles. Salmon 100% DH for sharp albino and anery thus making him DH snowglow because of the hypo. He's such a curious little snake too. I've reached in over his head and he just looks at me lol. Not scared but curious haha.

    Well,

    You are doing it right.

I am envious, and I think if I had a shot at a Suri, I go for it too!

Sauzo, Suri,,, Hmmmm they both have an S and a U in them LOL!

    Good for you bud.

Looks like Im back looking at Monster Cages. I texted Matt and I have an unbelievable price on a 6 foot long by 30 in deep by 30" tall cage.

Honestly I can't take my eyes off those AP cages of yours as I thing they are one of the best retic cages out there.

However, I'd be looking at close to a grand for the AP cage I want after factoring in gear and delivery.

Check out Florida Redtails for some Suri or Guyana action. Be warned, they typically have stock that yields LARGE babies that turn into large adults!!

    Wish I could do it.

Cool, thanks for heads up. I got a few people I've been looking at too for Suris and Guyanas. I was looking at Star Shaffer's Suris but I snoozed there and she is pretty much out now. For Guyana's, there is Sarah Cooney who her 2 Guyana's just hooked up so probably babies later this year for those as well. Plus I've been checking with Buddy Young to see what he has floating around too. He has a 2015 south Peruvian male that is super clean that I've been eyeballing for $1075+ shipping. Man, I love a clean boa....I am tempted haha.

As for caging, yeah its going to be expensive for me lol. I'll just do the AP T25s as I want to match all my cages and having a stack of T10s, 4 T8s and 4 T25s would look awesome all decked in the same lights with all Herpstat Redlines on top. Of course, I'll be eating ramen noodles for the next 2 years lol.

But like I said, I always plan for one type of snake and then I get distracted by something shiny and go over to it haha. I'm like a kid in a candy store when I browse all these peoples' stock animals available haha. We'll see how the willpower holds out. I'm pretty sure though that my next snake will be a BCC as I always wanted one but man, another sexy SD retic is pretty tempting assuming its like Caesar in temperament.....not in food drive hahaha.
