    plastics plant decor

    hey all, i just bought a vine of plastic leaves to add more clutter for my tub, i was wondering if i had to do anything to it as far as cleaning before i set it up in my tub? thanks

    I buy the 6 foot peices from the Pet Store so I just wash it in hot water quick as its dusty sometimes. As long as its from the Pet store and not from a Fabric store you should be good... I dont trust products not made for pets..

    yea i got it from Michael's arts and craft. my local pet store did not have any. do you think i wash it real good it will be safe for my snake?

    I wouldnt know honestly.. Not sure what chemicals foreign countries use for thay stuff... Hopefully they are just a form of plastic. Be carful though, I've seen snakes get split wide open when a leaf comes off the stalks, some craft store crap is sharp plastic like a razor. Also some have Wire in them.

    ok thanks a lot. i just cut all the stocks that did not have leaves on them. the stocks were soft but i cut them off any way
