    A Good Trio

What would be your guys' choice morphs if you had a budget of 500 bucks for 3 snakes. They won't be bred and you only have 150 dollars to go over budget.

It really depends on what you like. You will have these animals for years to come so more than anything else, they should WOW you.

Now if you are just asking what three morphs might WOW others from a purely visual standpoint? Then I would say you could probably pick up a Banana, an Ivory, and a Pastel or Lesser Orange Ghost within your budget, if they are all males. I have seen male Ivories and single gene Bananas down around the $200 mark. POGs and LOGs are probably $100 to $150 if they look nice. If you add the $150 for going over budget, you might even be able to do an Albino rather than an OG combo.

So is the budget 500 or 650?

The budget is 500, but you can pull 150 extra if you need too. So yeah 650 is the very most you could go.

If they aren't being bred why do you need three? I'd rather have one jaw dropping $600 animal then try to budget myself to three $200 animals.

I was actually thinking almost the same thing, but would probably go with two on that budget.

Really? Is reptile keeping all about breeding? Is it that important to produce more BPs for an already over saturated market? Why should the hobbyist who enjoys keeping, but not breeding, limit themselves to a single animal? If a non breeder preferred a "single jaw dropping" animal, that's their choice, nothing wrong with that. If another prefers multiple animals, that's their choice. Does a non breeder "need" more than one animal? No they don't. Does a breeder "need" more than two animals? No they don't.

Well I wanted 3 because I've got the space money and time for more than one.And to be honest I didn't even think to buy just one; I just prefer 3 because I like interacting and doing /light/ travel with them (like going on walks or a quick drive to the liquor) store with my animals and having just 1 would be bad for the animal. I don't want to stress the same animal over, and over.

And sorry for the negative response you've been getting. I really don't think it's cool.

doing this with any BP at any time is bad for an animal that's nocturnal, solitary and stays put most of the time; you will stress them out. i highly recommend you reevaluate why you want these animals, and do a little more research.

I've done my research and I've owned animals before. I know what I'm doing.
