Since getting a better job, I kept telling myself that I'd upgrade my electronics. Better computer/laptop, new phone, new TV, etc and THEN maybe get a new snake. However, upon going to my local reptile shop to get more feeders I must've blacked out! Next thing I know, I am driving with a bag of frozen feeders plus a new Okeetee Cornsnake.

    Anyway, meet Reaper the Okeetee.

S/he is beautiful, I love the head and face markings. I'm a big fan of colubrids. Congrats! ...and I like to say snakes are like tattoos, almost nobody has just one!

Very nice, love the name too!
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Thank you! Reaper came home with me while he was shedding. I was surprised with how deep red his saddles were when he finally shed! Now, I am trying to convince my honey to let me have a fourth snake by the end of the year. I have no idea if this one will be another colubrid or a ball python but they will be my dream snake. I plan to get either an albino Hognose, a whiteout cornsnake, a BEL or banana bp.

@reinz Thank you! I was playing a video game while I was trying to come up with a name.

"I WILL FEAST ON THEIR SOULS," the tiny noodle intones, appearing in a curl of black smoke among the mice.

    It's a lovely little creature!

I'm in the same boat as far as hoping the girl will allow at least one more...my short list includes a hognose (anaconda or axanthic most likely),
another BP (pied or axanthic most likely) and a Mexican black king (definitely!)
