So I found a clump of what seemed like organs with a small amount of fur and a tail connected to it all. So obviously one of the adults died and some of them ate it. I was out of town for almost 2 days so it went unnoticed and I'm not sure how long it's been there, but is this typical if an asf dies in the cage that most of the body is eaten?
They did seem low on food but there are babies in there that haven't opened their eyes yet. I'd figure the adults would eat babies before each other but I've also never had an asf die on me before, only rats (which were removed very soon after passing).
