    I Caught a crazy little lizard...what is it?

    I caught this guy when I was walking in from work today...he was running around on the pavement(...hot!!). I have never seen one of these before and he was kinda quick and tiny. I took some pics maybe someone will know what it is....ha ha...I know my snakes...but not lizards....ha...

    Please forgive me for the dirty hands....like I said...I just got home from work

    Here in Colorado I have a ton of those little buggers running around here (especially at work). The older ones come in very bright greens as well. Sorry I have no idea what they are. I just call them those "fast little suckers" but I really doubt that is their scientific name.

    Yep he was very fast and very hard to catch. Colorado....Ha...I am in North Louisiana...Good distribution I am on the search to find out what it is now...

    I have never seen one before and I am 10x more familiar with herps in south lousiana then north lousiana....it is like a completely different world up here

    We have some small, fast lizards very similar to the one in the photos here in Southern California also. They resemble smaller fence lizards, but with a smoother scale surface.
