    Christmas month miracle!

Well Allie finally ate a rat tonight. Took a full week of tough love and me actually braining a rat fuzzy but she ate it. She was interested in it for a couple hours but after I brained it, she went bonkers and ate in about 2 mins after I put it down lol. No more mice for her! Yay!

    Well that's exciting!

My ETB took her second meal without a hitch yesterday. So I'm happy too.

Nice. It's always great when a new snake eats without a hitch. I was worried with Allison as she eats mice like a champ but wouldn't touch rats and everyone got me scared about carpet imprinting on food items. She was actually harder to get changed over than my BP. My BP was a garbage can as a baby and ate anything dangled in front of her lol.

So did my Ball. She was always great about eating.

Congrats on your tough love Sauzo, I believe that is the main key to switching.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Yeah you could see she was hungry lol. She was sitting on top of her Exo Terra rock cave and would keep stretching over to check out the rat and then go back lol. She even opened her mouth once at the head of the rat but then backed up. Once I brained it though, she was on it faster than a fat kid on a snickers bar.

Then she sat there for about 3 hours looking at any movement. I think she was waiting for another one haha. Now this morning she is inside her rock hide curled up on top of the UTH sleeping.
