HELP, Borneo short tail bump under jaw

As I was handling my python today I noticed he had a noticeable bump under his jaw. When I run my finger over it the bump feels hard but he does not seem to be in any pain. Anyone have any idea what it could be? and how it could be treated? I dont think it is an abscess as I have him on f/t large rats

It could still be a tooth abscess due to breaking a tooth on even dead prey. I would suggest a vet visit.
